The Real Estate Cyber Consortium (RECC) was created to elevate awareness across the real estate community to improve cyber security preparedness for buildings and facilities. RECC was established to partner with real estate industry manufacturers and associated supply chain and service providers to align the development, deployment, and ongoing support of building technology solutions to a core set of security principles and standards, or best practices, and accelerate the adoption of these best practices within the industry. The Consortium will share leadership and insight on best practices, policies, and procedures across real estate owners, operators, and solution providers. RECC Leadership Board - $2,500.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 5 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Includes five (5) memberships for one (1) year. RECC Leadership Board members are real estate owner/operators (> 60% of RECC membership) who are committed to improving cybersecurity in the real estate industry. Membership is approved by fellow RECC Leadership Board members and includes an NDA for inclusion in sensitive vulnerability discussions requiring non-disclosure among Leadership Board members, as well as, Premier Vendors (also under NDA). It includes full participation in all technical and standard processes sub-committees, including as committee chair, and leadership board meetings. Two members are invited to our RECC Annual Board meeting. Membership has one (1) full vote on all RECC business including goals, expenses, and published content.

CRE Leadership (Advisory) - $1,000.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 2 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Includes two (2) memberships for one (1) year. RECC CRE Leadership Advisory members are real estate owner/operators (> 60% of RECC membership) who are committed to improving cybersecurity in the real estate industry. Membership is approved by fellow RECC Leadership Board members. It includes full participation in all technical and standard processes sub-committees, including as committee chair, and leadership board meetings. Two members are invited to our RECC Annual Board meeting. Memberships are only available to qualified real estate owner/operators and are non-voting.

Govt/School/Nonprofit (Advisory) - $750.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 2 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Includes two (2) memberships for one (1) year. RECC Govt/School/Nonprofit Leadership Advisor members are real estate owner/operators (> 60% of RECC membership) in the non-profit or government space who are committed to improving cybersecurity in the real estate industry. Membership is approved by fellow RECC Leadership Board members. It includes full participation in all technical and standard processes sub-committees, including as committee chair, and leadership board meetings. Two members are invited to our RECC Annual Board meeting. Memberships are only available to qualified real estate owner/operators and are non-voting.

Premier Vendor Plus (Advisory) - $8,000.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 5 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Includes five (5) memberships for one (1) year. This RECC Premier Vendor Plus role includes an embedded click-through NDA to allow participation in sensitive vulnerability with RECC Leadership Board members (also under NDA) for discussions requiring non-disclosure.
